Positive: I can’t rave about Hotel Gloria enough. Firstly, the staff were so accomodating and really lovely and made us feel at home. They were very efficient and helped with anything we needed. Secondly, our room had everything we needed, it was large and the view was truly breathtaking- we slept with the blinds and door open to maximise our experience and it was just amazing to wake up to. The home made breakfast was insane- so much to choose from and the bread was so warm being fresh out of the oven as breakfast opened. It was so nice being in a place where everything was homemade/home grown it just had such a nice feel to it. THEN we get into dinner. WOW I am lost for words at how amazing dinner was. Bernard cooked us the perfect steak and venison, it was both of our favourite meals we have ever had. Our desert and wine was also delicious. Jackie and Bernard were so welcoming and happy to chat and help make us feel at home. And then to top it all off, they had prepared us a breakfast to take with us as we had to leave early to continue our travels around Europe. As I said, I can’t speak higher of Hotel Gloria. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. It is well worth the bus up the mountain, I wish we had longer
